Job Title: Remote Account Executive
Location: Southern California (Remote flexibility)
Compensation: $65,000 base + uncapped commission ($100,000+ potential)
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Account Executive to join our Communications team. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in media and event sales while managing relationships and driving revenue across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do

Sell digital advertising across a media portfolio

Secure sponsorships and booth sales for a major annual conference and trade show

Build and maintain relationships with advertisers and sponsors

Identify new revenue opportunities with creative, strategic solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns

Travel occasionally to conferences and client meetings

What You Bring

Required:

3+ years in advertising, media sales, or related field

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with ad sales, sponsorships, or trade show booths

Background in media communications or event planning

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Familiarity with CRM or contact management systems
