Have opportunity for very simple operational work (work remotely) and tax registeration and filing
Must be very neat person (well dressed) and preferably accounting experience
Must have access to desktop or laptop
Preferably that you are from Riffa area or nearby and have car and have 5-10 experience in accounting/inventory/operation
Inventory & Purchasing
Monitor water carton stock levels daily.
Place orders with vendor once stock goes below set threshold.
Keep simple record of purchases.
2. Order Distribution
Every 12 hours, review customer orders from the system.
Assign and distribute orders to drivers based on delivery area.
Ensure drivers receive correct list of deliveries.
3. Driver Salary & Payments
Calculate commission-based salary at end of the month.
Distribute salaries (bank transfer subject to approval by manager) to 4 drivers.
4. Basic Record Keeping
Maintain notebook or Excel sheet for purchases, orders, and driver payments.
Report summary to owner/manager when requested.
5. General Support
Assist with simple admin tasks
Communicate with vendor and drivers and customers when needed.
this work only 1 hour everyday maybe less receive 70 BHD per month
