Overview:
Lockard Design Co. is seeking remote, commission-based Appointment Setters to schedule qualified appointments with U.S.-based small-to-medium business owners for our cutting-edge AI Agent product. You’ll set sales calls for our Sales Director, Ryan Fisher.
We are looking for experienced remote setters who can leverage any outreach method-DM, cold email, cold calling (phone number provided), etc. Scripts and training will be provided. No earnings cap.
Compensation Structure:
$20 USD for each appointment that shows
$120 bonus for every sale made from your appointments
Monthly Appointment Bonus: $120 when you hit 20 qualified appointments
Monthly Sales Bonus: $250 when you reach 5 sales in a calendar month
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
Based on:
Setting 1 qualified appointment per workday (?20 per month)
A 25% closing rate (about 5 sales out of 20 appointments)
Example Monthly OTE:
20 shown appointments ? 20 x $20 = $400
Bonus for 20 appointments = $120
5 resulting sales ? 5 x $120 = $600
Bonus for 5 sales = $250
Total = $400 + $120 + $600 + $250 = $1,370
You control how much more you can earn by surpassing these targets!
Responsibilities:
Engage cold leads or warm outreach (email, social media, phone, etc.)
Set qualified appointments with decision makers (owners of local businesses)
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements:
Proven remote setter experience (or similar outbound sales/appointment setting)
Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients
Comfortable with cold outreach
Organized and motivated to exceed targets
