WebPros
Position Overview:
The Application Support Engineer delivers premier world class support and performs a variety of tasks to support WebPros customers by analyzing customer system to diagnose issues with WebPros products or system-specific to resolve those issues, while educating end-users regarding solutions and best practices.
Qualifications:
Maintains a core daily schedule, as set by the WHMCS Technical Support Supervisor to ensure the efficient operations of the WHMCS Division (regular attendance and punctuality required)
Practices the highest levels of technical competency, and uses technical knowledge to diagnose problems within customer environments
Ability to effectively analyze issues to resolve problems and report defects
Has a high attention to detail
Maintains successful customer relationships by maintaining a feedback score of 9.00 or greater
Maintains a high level of productivity
Contributes to the company’s and department’s documentation efforts
Responds to forum posts
Provides support via our support desk and live chat
Offers solutions to customer problems and requirements
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company

Responsibilities: * Experience with troubleshooting and debugging PHP and MySQL
Installation and configuration of PHP Applications within Linux and Windows environments
Familiarity of WHMCS software, configuration and implementation
Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
Eligibility Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent;
One year of web hosting industry experience or other related work preferred
Previous experience building addons, hooks or modules for WHMCS preferred
Familiarity of web hosting control panel or payment gateway APIs preferred
Willing to work following schedule 15:00-23:00 CST Time
