JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Remote B2B & B2C Outbound Sales Representative for Anti-virus Security who will play a key role in supporting and educating our customers while driving product adoption for leading antivirus security solutions. If you have a passion for customer success, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging product training, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide product training & onboarding for new business customers.
Deliver advanced training on partner product brands to existing customers.
Prepare and schedule virtual training sessions.
Structure presentations tailored to customer needs and circumstances.
Create and produce user guides & web training modules.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned partner brand products and services.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure customer training needs are met.
Support initiatives to improve training delivery & develop local operating processes.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrable customer service experience or related customer-facing experience. (Software training experience is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and enthusiastically.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit customer needs, lead initiatives, and drive process improvements.
Skilled in presenting product features and training processes to target audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
