Remote BA-Salesforce

We are currently searching for a Remote BA-Salesforce:
Requirements

Must have good understanding about Sales & Community Cloud CRM lifecycle process.

Must be well versed in Agile methodology process for project execution using Jira, GIT, Agile Accelerator etc.,

Must have experience in playing scrum master role, updating Jira stories and prioritizing backlog stories as per client requirement.

Must have good communication skills and work closely with client team during their business hours and groom the stories for offshore team upfront.

Conduct daily Scrum calls with business team and offshore team for requirement clarification and address the gaps, if any.

Must have working knowledge in Salesforce configuration features and concepts. (MANDATORY)

Must have Salesforce testing knowledge to fulfill the acceptance criteria for the given business scenario using Lightning Aura/LWC/Apex. (MANDATORY)

Must have hood working experience in Salesforce automation features and collaboration techniques.

Must have experience in production support bug fixes and SDLC process.

Work closely with offshore team and technical lead to make them understand the functional purpose of the stories.

Proactively identify the functional gaps and rectify them by continuously following up with the business team.

Create proper acceptance criteria for the given business requirements.

Must have good working knowledge in Salesforce organization wide settings and data level security settings.

Must have good understanding about data management, reports and dashboards and Salesforce best practices to meet the business requirements. (MANDATORY)

Desired

Good to have working knowledge in Salesforce Data loader, Import wizard and Appexchange tools.

Good to have knowledge in continuous Integration and continuous deployment.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.

Native Spanish.
