Ray Advertising is searching for a detail-oriented and strategic Backlink SEO Specialist to join our team in a WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
Shift Timing: Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 3 AM BST. This is a NIGHT SHIFT JOB and the shift timing is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Position Overview:
Ray Advertising, a globally recognized performance marketing agency specializing in Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, and lead generation, is seeking an experienced Backlink SEO Specialist. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in high-quality backlink acquisition, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies. You will be responsible for improving domain authority, enhancing search rankings, and supporting the company’s overall SEO growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Backlink Building & SEO
Plan and execute high-quality backlink campaigns to improve domain authority and rankings.
Identify authoritative websites for guest posting, link outreach, and brand mentions.
Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful or spammy links.
Conduct competitor backlink analysis to refine link-building strategies.
Content & Optimization
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized articles, blogs, and PR materials.
Perform keyword research tailored to backlink and off-page SEO strategies.
Optimize landing pages, articles, and profiles in line with SEO best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
Track backlink performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to improve link-building performance.
Experience:
1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency
Additional Job Requirements:
Proven experience in backlink building and off-page SEO.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).
Track record of improving search engine rankings through effective link-building.
Excellent communication and outreach skills.
Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM BST).
1-2 years of relevant experience required.
