Salary:
$80,000-$115,000 base salary + uncapped commission (First year OTE: $130,000 – $165,000)
Job Summary:
The New Client Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in generating new business for a staffing agency specializing in the light industrial and manufacturing sectors. This position requires extensive national travel (40-45 weeks per year) to identify, pitch, and secure long-term clients while fostering strong relationships.
Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, social media, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain a detailed prospect database.

Meet or exceed new account and sales goals.

Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Conduct site visits to understand client needs and ensure staffing solutions are aligned.

Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver tailored services.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

2+ years of outside sales experience in the staffing industry.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office and G-Suite).

Proven ability to meet sales goals and develop effective marketing strategies.

Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Highly motivated, ambitious, and results driven.
