General Responsibilities:

Rebooking and Reissue Processing

Handling excess baggage charge and all other charges

Notify passengers / agents via email, phone, text message

Offer customer / agent alternative solutions

Reservations, service and sales of LHG products and its cooperation partners

Ensure all passenger services are provided within Lufthansa Group quality standards

Follow required safety and security procedures in accordance with all company guidelines and regulatory requirements

Project aprofessional and congenial personality for daily interaction with customers and customer service team members

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree

Fluent in English (TOEIC 650+)

German language is an advantage

Good perception and adaptability

Intercultural competence

Good PC user know-how

Ability for shift work; early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
