Remote Call Centre Representatives – Future Contract Opportunity

ADDRESS: Nova Scotia
SALARY: $19 per hour
START: This role is for a future opportunity in 2025. Please note this is a contract position.
SHIFT: MUST have full availability to work between the hours of 7:00am-12:00am Eastern Standard Time Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
POSITION DETAILS:
· Answering incoming calls and respond to inquiries
· Provide superior customer service
· Work from home
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent communication skills
· At least 6 months of call centre experience
· Must have high speed internet with a minimum of 50 mbps
· Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace
· Must have a smart phone with multi-factor authentication
· Ability to pass a Federal Reliability Clearance Screening
· Knowledge of MS Windows and various other computer systems
· Must pass language competency testing
