Call Handler: Individual Requirements

Previous call centre experience (12 months minimum)
The ability to work alone and as part of a larger team
The ability to work under pressure
The skills to manage demanding situations with complete professionalism
You must be free from CCJs/Adverse credit
The ability to demonstrate empathy and still achieve targets

Call Handler: Role & Responsibilities

Managing inbound calls regarding customer accounts, with the ability to build a strong rapport with customers
Creating manageable & affordable payment plans with customers
Updating customer profiles with change of circumstance details
Following company process at all times
Addressing any missed/overdue payments on customer accounts
Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and handling their case accordingly

Salary Information
Basc Starting Salary 63,000 with potential to increase to 67,000 based on preformance.
