We’re looking for a committed and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in providing prompt and effective support to our clients across both online and offline chat channels. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of customer inquiries, ranging from technical issues to general account and trading support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Online and Offline Chats:
Quickly respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
Ensure all offline chat messages receive a timely response.
Technical Support:
Assist clients with technical issues related to platform usage, trading tools, and account access.
Troubleshoot common technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance.
Customer Support:
Handle general customer inquiries, including account management, trading procedures, and platform features.
Provide information on market data, trading hours, and margin requirements.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Provide feedback to development and product teams to enhance platform features and user experience.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest platform features, trading regulations, and market trends to offer informed support.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the financial services or trading industry.
Skills:
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with trading platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
