Cross Border Talents is hiring German speakers anywhere in Bulgaria (C1 and higher, spoken and written) for our client running a project for a German HR IT company specializing in software solutions for automated HR services. Their main customers are based in Germany, and they provide technical customer support to assist users with troubleshooting and log-in issues on the software platform.
Location: Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria (Remote)
Start Date: By 31st March 2025
Working Hours: 08:00 – 21:00, Monday to Friday (Rotational shifts)
Training: 6 weeks (2 weeks product training + 4 weeks shadowing)
Full-time work, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Weekends fixed off!
Your Responsibilities

Provide technical customer support in German and English via phone and email

Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving log-in issues on HR software

Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive client experience

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical cases

Your Profile
– Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)
– Currently located in Bulgaria (no relocation is provided)
– Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
– Residence card in Bulgaria OR a EU member state passport
