Responsibilities & Context:
Solution Explorer is an innovative IT company focused on web and software development services. As part of our commitment to excellent client experience, we are expanding our remote team for day and night shifts. We seek energetic and service-minded individuals to join as Client Support Executives in a call center/BPO environment serving international clients.
Work hours: 5 days a week (8 hours per day)
Shift: Night(2), Day (1)
Special Requirement: Must be fluent in English (No Exception).
Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client calls, SMS, and online messages (chat/email) professionally.

Please respond quickly to customer questions about our web and software development services.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound communication (no hard sales).

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM or a support ticket system.

Provide timely solutions to client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.

Coordinate with technical and sales teams on specific client queries or escalations.

Job Location: Remote (Anywhere from Bangladesh)
Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Masters

Educational qualifications may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Experience:

At least 1 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service,BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Call Center,E-commerce,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
