We are seeking a Clinical Support and Patient Experience Specialist trained as a doctor. The perfect candidate will have experience in customer/support facing roles, particularly in mental health, immunology, or cardiovascular disease. This remote position is based in the Philippines and offers potential growth into advanced roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Support: Provide outstanding patient support via Zendesk, chat or phone consults.
Technical Mastery: Learn and master tools such as Zendesk and internal CRMs to deliver accurate and timely responses to patient inquiries.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to learn and implement technical solutions that enhance patient support processes.
Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving support workflows and overall patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must hold an MD or equivalent medical qualification.
Experience in functional medicine, nervous system, or neurotechnology.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret medical research.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent English, written and spoken
Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate patient needs.
Registered and licensed to practice in the Philippines.
