We don’t want average. We’re recruiting the Philippines’ top 1% cold callers to join our team and help us expand janitorial, floor care, and apartment cleaning services across the nation.
? What You’ll Be Doing
Making 70-100 outbound calls/day to business owners, property managers, facility directors.
Pitching strip & wax, janitorial, or apartment turn cleaning services.
Following up with leads using scripts, CRM, and structured cadence.
Booking walkthroughs for our U.S.-based sales team or closing small-ticket jobs directly.
Tracking KPIs daily (calls made, conversations, leads generated, appointments set).
Asking smart questions, listening for pain points, and getting to decision-makers.

Fluent English speaker – clear, confident, and sharp on the phone.
Self-motivated – you don’t need to be micromanaged.
Mentally tough – rejection doesn’t shake you.
Detail-oriented – you take notes, follow up, and close loops.
Proactive – if something’s not working, you speak up.
On time – excuses don’t close deals.
Resourceful – you find a way to make it work, no matter what.

Starting pay: $4.25 – $5/hr, based on experience
Performance bonuses for closed deals, walkthroughs booked, or lead milestones
Commission structure based on revenue won (cash bonuses tied to real contracts)
