JOB OVERVIEW
position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and proactive Cold Calling Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our offerings, and generating leads. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely with options for both part-time and full-time hours, including overtime opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services.
Address inquiries and resolve any concerns potential customers may have.
Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
Achieve set targets for calls made and leads generated.
Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language with clear and professional speaking skills.
Confidence in making cold calls and initiating conversations with new contacts.
Basic proficiency in using computers and telecommunication software.
Excellent listening and persuasion skills.
Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection positively.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
