Cross Border Talents is looking for a native Croatian speaking Car Rental Customer Service Agent to work for a leading provider in Athens, Greece!
Activities
– Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments);
– Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone, email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required);
– Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
– Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
– Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
– High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
– Native/Fluent Croatian speaker;
– Good level of English – min B1 (training might be in ENG);
– Good Problem-Solving Skills;
– Strong troubleshooting skills;
– Familiar with Technology;
– Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong, so this is a very good skill to have);
– Previous experience in any customer facing role;
– Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable;
– Passionate about customers

Relocation package*
