10+ yrs software engineering, 3+ yrs in Web3/DeFi
Deep Solidity, EVM & smart contract security expertise
Proven leadership of lean, high-performing tech teams
*Bonus: experience in financial derivatives/crypto risk

Own protocol design, contracts, backend & dApp
Build & mentor a top-tier engineering team
Drive DeFi integrations and ecosystem strategy
