Provide outstanding support to our customers through phone and email on a variety of issues.
Ensure the information you give is accurate, valid, and complete by adhering to established procedures.
Take charge of customer inquiries, guaranteeing prompt responses and resolutions.
Build meaningful relationships by addressing customer questions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Dutch (C2 level).
English (B2 level).

Capability to guide customers through complex processes from beginning to end.
