Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) Based in Croatia
Type: Full-time, Indefinite Contract
Do you excel at providing technical customer support and speak German fluently? We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service through voice, chat, and emailall while working remotely from Croatia!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical customer support across voice, chat, and email channels
Provide outstanding customer experiences every time
Document all interactions in a CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to department initiatives, and support your colleagues
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
Residing in Croatia with legal right to work
Experience in customer support and technical support (IT or help desk preferred)
Strong independent work skills and ability to thrive in a remote team
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability
Competence in using external systems, Microsoft Office, and PC-based software
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM 05:00 PM
