Research and resolution of previous balances/late fees applied to accounts.

Research and resolution of Non-Invoice documents (i.e. Deposits, Terminations and Delinquent notices).

Research and resolve Outstanding Check tasks

Obtaining and resolving any data gap tasks.

Perform at or below Target Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) per Standard Operating Procedures for Level I

Participate in the reevaluation of current processes and offer suggestions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of each process.

Skills Required:

Entry level position

Successful completion of Utility Bill Knowledge training

Successful completion of Vendor Negotiation training

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Professional phone presence

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook skills are a plus!)

Very strong organizational skills, detail oriented

Able to negotiate with vendors

Able to effectively multi-task

Research and problem solving
