About the Role:
FMR AGENCY is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client team in the sports betting and gaming industry. As a key point of contact, you will assist customers with account issues, betting inquiries, technical support, and general assistance to ensure a seamless gaming experience. This is a remote role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of sports betting and online gaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and verification processes.

Resolve technical issues related to the platform, including troubleshooting login and transaction problems.

Provide betting assistance, explain game rules, and ensure customers understand promotional offers.

Handle complaints, disputes, and responsible gaming concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams (payments, fraud, and risk) to address customer concerns efficiently.

Stay up to date with sports events, betting trends, and gaming regulations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sports betting, online gaming, or fintech.

Strong knowledge of sports betting, casino games, and gaming industry regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Freshdesk).

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
