As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience:
1-2 years of customer service experience

Compensation Range: $78K – $80K
