Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Additionally, the Customer Support Manager will handle debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives
– Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
– Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
– Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
– Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Manage debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a customer support management role
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
– Experience with customer support software and tools
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
