Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

40 hours per week and 8 hours per day

About the Role:
Are you fluent in Portuguese and English? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Bulgaria. This is a great opportunity for juniors to gain experience, with a hybrid/remote work setup and supportive training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:

Assist customers in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.

Answer questions about products, services, and orders in a friendly way.

Solve problems or pass them to the right team if needed.

Keep clear and accurate records of your customer interactions.

Work with your team to improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is a must.

Basic English skills to communicate with the team.

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Comfortable using computers and learning new tools.

Able to work Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

You must live in Bulgaria.
