Remote Customer Service Representative (Must be local to Cleveland, OH)
Pay: $19/hourly
Length: 6+ months
Location: Remote with 1-2 weeks of onsite training
Schedule: M-F, 12:00-8:00
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is looking for a remote call center representative to assist a local, not-for-profit organization!
Essential Job Functions/Key Accountabilities:
Uses exceptional customer service techniques for handling communication inquiries to collect information, assess needs, and provide information about resources available.
Implements customer service techniques for handling calls and de-escalating situations.
Implements established processes for collecting and documenting data and other pertinent information required to compile reports and metrics.
Maintains knowledge of programs, participates in team meetings, and completes reading, training, and other assignments.
Wired internet connection.
