Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a remote Customer Service / Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.
This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen.
This remote position is only available to candidates who meet the following criteria: * Must have 10 years combined experience in customer service and sales

Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive…

Hourly base (based on experience and insurance licenses)

Requirements

Prior 10 years combined customer service and sales experience (required)

Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
