About the Role:
In this work-from-home contractor position, you’ll be the first line of support for our valued customers. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional service and closing inbound sales orders.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of inbound calls.
– Engage with customers, actively listen to their needs, and offer expert advice.
– Handle and conduct phone duties efficiently and professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures.
– Resolve customer complaints effectively and address objections following established guidelines.
– Multitask effectively and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
– Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
– Friendly, enthusiastic, and socially adept personality.
– Schedule flexibility to work remotely.
– Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
– Professional and courteous phone demeanor.
– Fluency in English is required.
– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
– Customer-centric mindset with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high-volume call center environment (preferred).
– Reliable high-speed internet connection.
– Personal computer (PC) or Laptop with:
– Processor: i3, 5th Gen or newer
– Operating System: Windows 11 or higher
– RAM: 4GB or higher (8GB RAM or higher is preferred)
