Remote Data Entry Operator

Flourish Research is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Operator to support the data entry needs of our growing research team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately enter research data into databases and spreadsheets
– Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
– Identify and correct errors in data entry, as needed
– Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks
– Communicate effectively with research team to clarify data and address any discrepancies
– Proactively identify and suggest improvements to streamline data entry processes
– Complete assigned tasks within designated timelines
Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or similar role
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
– Familiarity with database software and Microsoft Excel
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or coursework a plus
Working Conditions:
– This is a remote position, with work-from-home flexibility
– Must have reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
