Roles and Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality designs for digital marketing campaigns and social media content
– Produce and develop graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for various projects.
– Design and create visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
– Collaborate with various teams to design and create different forms of marketing collaterals, such as EDMs, social media design, online marketing banners and etc, for platform and various online channels
– Generate and contribute new and creative ideas in brainstorming sessions
– Support the marketing team in designing and producing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other digital items.
– Stay up to date with design trends, software, and techniques to ensure the company’s designs are on-trend and innovative.
– Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within the given timelines.
– Communicate with team members to ensure all design requirements are met.
Job Requirements:
– Responsible, creative, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong ability to prioritise objectives and meet aggressive timelines.
– Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Meticulous and have a great eye for detail.
– Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and animated designs, offline prints and mock-ups, and web design projects
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), AI design tool other relevant design tools
– Good communication and collaboration skills
– Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work
Technical Competencies:
– Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
– Experience and knowledge in video editing will be an advantage.
