Good day! Our Company is based in Atlanta, GA. USA and we are looking for remote workers to join our team who pertinently reside in the Philippines. We are open to employment or contract workers so long as all qualifications are met.
The schedule we are looking to fill will be Thursday through Mondays with the following 8 hour shifts:
Saturday & Sunday: 6PM – 2:30AM Easter Standard Time (Atlanta, Georgia)
Weekdays || Mon, Tues & Wed: 10PM – 6:30AM Eastern Standard Time (Atlanta, Georgia)
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can multi-task, time manage duties, handle frequent interruptions, and have strong communication and follow up capabilities.
Our team is looking for a dispatcher with a strong administrative background using email, calendar and chat communications such as Instant Messager and TEAMS. Must have a fast and consistently connected internet speed is required as this position handles time-sensitive tasks that require immediate response times to our clients on our availability. Strong skillsets involving scheduling or calendar management is a plus. The ability to perform basic math and assist dispatch as a whole in keeping track of the End Of Day Tie In Notes Report that all shifts are required to submit upon completion of their schedule.
The Role
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform all scheduling and routing for field technicians
Relay changes to work orders to field technicians and supporting administrators as needed Perform and complete all verification processes accurately for all platforms
Verify completion and maintain the Info Email
Perform and verify close out processes are completed accurately to receive payment Drive Time and Mileage Calculations (Due Wednesday Mornings to Payroll) Maintenance scheduling and file management
Back Up Estimates Back Up Invoicing
Act as liaison between tech and customers for scheduling needs and issues
Communicate with Management & Field Techs frequently on status updates and follow ups Report Customer/Client Complaints to Supervisor or CEO
Provide an EOD Report daily Performs other duties as assigned
Ideal Profile
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must have previous experience working remotely.
Must be fluent verbally and written in English.
Must have 2 or more monitors.
Must have 2 or more Internet Connection options available.
What’s on Offer?
Full Time 40 Hours with Payment every week!
When it comes to compensation for this role, we are prepared to award the chosen applicant $600 US Dollars/35,115.30 Philippine peso based on experience per Month for up to Full Time for their services.
