We’re a growing Austin-based company that refurbishes and resells returned products on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. As the Remote E-Commerce Operations Lead, you’ll be at the helm of our resale operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
The Role
What You’ll Do:
Manage a team of remote assistants handling P&L statements, product listings, and other key administrative tasks.
Oversee product listings to ensure they’re optimized for maximum sales across multiple platforms.
Handle customer return negotiations, strategically applying discounts to drive higher resale value.
Delegate responsibilities and track progress to ensure efficient, accurate operations.
Innovate task management workflows, potentially replacing Asana with a more effective system.
Manage inventory and oversee postings using SellerCloud software (training available if needed).
Ideal Profile
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership role within e-commerce, specifically in operations management.
Expertise in Amazon, eBay, and Walmart platforms, with a focus on increasing sales and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and manage a remote team effectively.
Self-motivated with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
A collaborative, patient approach to team leadership.
