Tokyo Gaigo School is a cram school for students who learn English in Tokyo, Japan. We are looking for remote tutors who can help our students study more effectively.
The Role
Tokyo Gaigo Remote Tutors help students aged 6-18 years old study from the comfort of home. We offer real-time lectures or various tasks via our website. The followings are examples of tasks offered to Remote Tutors:
Short Online Lesson (3-15min): Help students build their speaking skill up in real-time online lectures for approximately 2,000JPY per tutoring hour.
Essay Reviewing (7-15min): Help students develop their academic writing skills by delivering expert edits and feedback for 350-500JPY per essay (30-200words).
Teaching Materials Editing: Make questions and answers about a provided article to check students’ comprehension for 3000-5000JPY per article.
Tokyo Gaigo School is developing new tasks day by day. Remote Tutors will have more work opportunities when we are ready for starting a new challenge.
Ideal Profile
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience working with children, preferably in the field of special education, is also required.
