We’re seeking a world-class Estimator – someone with industry-leading technical skills and mastery of the latest tools to join our remote team. Your work will set the financial foundation for multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring that our bids reflect both creative vision and precise execution.
What You’ll Do

Develop accurate, insight-rich estimates for high-end residential design-and-build projects.

Interpret complex architectural plans, specifications, and interior design packages with a keen eye for detail.

Create annotated project plan takeoffs with square footage and critical notes for various aspects of the project such as; flooring, siding, drywall, tile, etc.

Leverage cutting-edge estimating and project management software to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.

Source, verify, and maintain premium material and subcontractor pricing, including custom framing, windows/doors, millwork, stone, high-end finishes, and bespoke elements.

Partner closely with U.S.-based project managers, architects, and designers to align budgets with creative, design-driven scopes.

Deliver clear, professional communication to all stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven estimating experience in high-end or luxury residential construction (U.S. or similar markets preferred).

Advanced proficiency in industry-leading tools, including:

Bluebeam Revu – plan takeoffs and markups

PlanSwift – detailed quantity takeoffs

ProEst or Sage Estimating – professional estimating and cost databases

Buildertrend or Procore – project management integration

Google Sheets – advanced formulas, pivot tables, and cost tracking

Deep understanding of construction methods, premium materials, and the cost structures of custom, design-focused builds.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy – your numbers are trusted without question.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
