Hi there!
We are seeking a Remote Executive Assistant.
This role involves managing schedules, emails, team communication, and process documentation. You’ll also assist with onboarding new staff, handle tech/admin tasks like invoicing and CRM management, and keep the team running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
– Organize and document ideas into clear, structured processes.
– Manage schedules, emails, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
– Act as the main communication link between leadership and the team.
– Assist with hiring, including pre-screening and initial interviews.
– Handle invoicing, bookkeeping, and tech tasks like Excel and CRM.
– Support team growth and onboarding additional staff.
