General Job Description: Assists the Customer Experiences Coordinator in pickup and delivery of vehicles, shuttling customers, scheduling and implementing Mobile Service appointments, and scheduling customers. Also assists Fixed Operations in clerical duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Safely transport dealership and customer vehicles to designated locations.
Always maintain a clean appearance suitable for customers.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism during interactions with customers.
Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding scheduling and vehicle logistics.
Complete vehicle walk around inspection reports and document any issues or concerns.
Ability to learn and use applications such as Ford Redcap and DriverQ
Ensure the safety and security of vehicles while in transit.
Understand scheduling and implementing Mobile Service experiences
Communicating with parts and service departments about scheduling and parts procurement
Ability to assist in cleaning service garage which include duties such as floor cleaning, sweeping, and removing trash/scrap–during downtime between pickup/deliveries
Greet customers and display exceptional customer service
Other clerical/cleaning duties as assigned
Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all departments.
Maintains workplace safety throughout the Corporation.
Job Qualifications:
Ability to multitask in a busy, multifaceted environment.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid PA driver’s license
Clean driving record
