What You’ll Do:
Review and moderate content (text, images, videos, etc.) in French, making sure it aligns with our community guidelines and legal standards.
Spot and handle inappropriate content like hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam.
Provide clear, consistent feedback to ensure all moderation decisions are top-notch.
Team up with other departments to tackle complex content issues and improve the overall moderation process.
Stay ahead of the curve on new trends and emerging challenges in the world of online content moderation.
Contribute your ideas to improve content moderation policies and tools.
Manage your tasks efficiently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent French (both written and spoken) is a must.
Proficiency in English (for team collaboration and training purposes).
Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a big plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills—you’re able to work independently and manage a heavy workload.
Understanding of online safety and community guidelines.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for keeping the internet safe and welcoming!
