Your role:
Respond to booking and billing inquiries
Explain vehicle features and rental agreements
Support users through email and phone communication
Keep customer records updated and accurate
Resolve issues or escalate to specialist teams
Requirements:
C2 German (spoken/written)
High school certificate
EU status or Manifestação de Interesse
