Are you fluent in German and have a sharp eye for detail? Join us as a Customer Care Specialist and play a critical role in managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with vendorsall from your home in Bosnia and Herzegovina!
Your Responsibilities:

Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts

Accurately input invoice data into financial or ERP systems

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices

Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations

Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal departments

Were Looking For:

Native or fluent in German (verbal and written)

Residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina (able to work legally without sponsorship)

Experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve invoice discrepancies

Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles

Work schedule: Shift rotation, Monday to Sunday
