You will be responsible for:
Answering queries about reservations and pricing
Providing assistance with billing or payment issues
Helping customers understand insurance and policies
Recording details of all interactions accurately
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve cases
To qualify, you need:
Native or C2 level in German
Valid EU residency or Manifestação
High school diploma or equivalent
