About the Role:
We are looking for a German-speaking Virtual Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team in Turkey. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates virtually, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Work Schedule:
Weekdays: Between 09:00 – 23:00 (Summer: until 22:00; Winter: until 23:00)
Summer Shift Options (Winter adds +1 hour):
09:00 – 18:00
10:00 – 19:00
11:00 – 20:00
12:00 – 21:00
13:00 – 22:00
Split Shift: 09:00–13:00 / 18:00–23:00 (occurs once every 7–8 weeks). During split shift weeks, employees will have 2 days off, including one weekend day. Fixed split shifts may be possible with OPS approval.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage candidates in German for various roles.
Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment, virtual recruitment, or HR-related roles preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional split shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
Net Salary: 30,000 TL
Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of net salary (valid until end of 2025)
Pluxee Card: 4,500 TL allowance
Private Health Insurance: Provided via Mapfre for the employee only
