The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Information Entry Clerk to join our team. With this entry level position, you would play a pivotal role in documenting and maintaining our proprietary database of strategic business information. Job Responsibilities:

Performing data entry tasks to input alphanumeric data accurately from source documents into our proprietary system.

Reviewing and verifying data for deficiency or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure compliance with the set requirements.

Organizing files and documents for easy retrieval.

Providing customer service related to data management, as needed.

Complying with data integrity and security policies to ensure data confidentiality.

Desired Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent typing capabilities with a high level of accuracy.

Basic understanding of databases and the ability to use various software.

Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Flexible in terms of work schedule arrangement.
