As a Remote Information Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter data into our company database. This includes inputting customer information, order details, sales figures, and other relevant data points. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our company database
Input sales figures, order details, and other relevant data points accurately and efficiently
Work closely with the team to ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data
Keep track of all data entry activities and report any issues to the team leads
Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
