Lead team members for product or project delivery, including but not limited to provide guidance to the daily development work of the internal engineering teams, review design and code, solve difficult technical problems during development
Involved in architectural decisions, contribute to systems development, manage launches and operations, and improve engineering processes.
Establish effective, agile ways of working, unlock collaboration, spot and remove impediments, contribute code.
Establish engineering best practices
Deliver results at the highest quality and on-time.
Hire and develop high-quality engineering talents
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and identifying opportunities to implement them to improve our products.
Manage a team of 5-10 engineers
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong technical background and a deep understanding of Java technologies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
