About the Role
We are seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services. The successful candidate will be trained to provide professional and efficient customer support, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Polish and English.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Document interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Polish (B2) and English (B2) (both written and spoken).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Availability to work Monday to Saturday with rotational days off.
