Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
