In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and telephone support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat and telephone
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using live chat and telephone support software
Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and flexibility in a remote work environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
