Location: Remote (must be licensed in 2 of the following states: CA, TX, AZ, FL)
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 base salary plus BPS per loan

We are dedicated to supporting veterans and active-duty military members in securing the financing they need. We are looking for a seasoned and driven Licensed Loan Originator/Processor to join our remote team.
Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Loan Originator/Processor specializing in VA loans, you will be responsible for both originating and processing VA loan applications. Your role will involve working with a high volume of leads provided by our client. You will need to leverage your expertise and experience to guide clients through the loan process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and process VA loan applications from start to finish.
Utilize your deep knowledge of VA loan guidelines and requirements to assist clients effectively.
Handle a high volume of leads provided by the company.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with underwriters, appraisers, and other parties to facilitate loan approvals and closings.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes related to VA loans.
Qualifications:
Active state NMLS license in at least two of the following states: CA, TX, AZ, FL.
Proven experience in processing and originating VA loans.
Strong understanding of VA loan requirements and guidelines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation:
Base salary of $50,000, commensurate with experience.
