Work summary:
– Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Research and identify potential customers to develop a strong sales pipeline
– Conduct engaging phone conversations: present the benefits of a product or service, address customer concerns, and overcome objections to build trust and convert leads into sales
– Negotiating and closing deals: Confidently negotiate price and terms to secure sales and maximize revenue
– Provide excellent customer service: Build lasting relationships with customers by meeting their needs quickly and professionally
– Maintain and update sales records: Accurately track leads, calls, and sales data to contribute to overall sales performance
– Adherence to company policies and procedures: Ensure compliance with internal regulations and maintain ethical behavior during sales interactions
Responsibilities:
– Follow up on calls to customers
– Follow up on new clients and complete coordination
– Contacting customers via phone to introduce our products or services
– Answering customer questions and handling objections
– Presenting our products or services to potential customers
– Closing trades and processing orders
– Communicating with the client and sending updates and reminders about all programs
– Dealing with customer inquiries and responding to them in a timely manner with updates
– Stay up to date on new products and programs
